To have your meeting considered for posting on the WHCRMS website, you must fill out all fields below with a .

Meeting Description 
Limit this to two or three Sentences. No more than the first three will appear on the WHCRMS website.

Meeting Date 
Meeting City  
Meeting State  
Web Address  


Web address of exact page where meeting description is located.
Example: http://www.yourcompany.com/riskmgr.htm

Then please test to make sure it works. If it takes the user to the home page of the site, then enter complete clicking path to page of meeting description.
Example: http://www.yourcompany.com > Meetings > Immunizations

Send meeting description in "Web Address" field only if meeting is not posted on a website.
