PATIENT SAFETY MANAGER (Sept. 1)
Responsible for general management of the Patient Safety team, including, oversight of the Patient Safety Alert and Quality Review programs. Manages and performs special projects related to building and promoting a culture of safety throughout the organization. Leads and participates in improvement projects focused on achievement of annual goals and lean initiatives. Assists with development and implementation of vision and annual work plan for patient safety initiatives.
